RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at: customersupport@shyralyse.com with details of the order, product and the defect.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

A Private Privilege is unable to offer refunds at this time.
Due to the nature of our business and the products we carry, we have a strict All Sales Final policy except where applicable by law.

This includes but is not limited to:

clearance sale items

customized items

non-returnable items

SHIPPING POLICY
 
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, We make every effort to fulfill your order ASAP but no later than 15 business days of the date of your order. 
Business days mean Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

 

Please note we require UP TO 3 days for processing and handling. 


Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Products may also be delivered in separate shipments

Shipping Costs  

We will always attempt to provide the lowest available shipping rate.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.


To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.
Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. 

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

 

You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

  • Completion time may exceed our normal processing time as different botanicals and herbs may require longer processing.
